Wow! Our Blanket is GORGEOUS!

Today, I received our 4th Oddball Blanket in the mail from the last knitter, and it's looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!


I only need to knit a few more inches, cast off the stitches, add a simple border, then it will be complete. After that, the only thing left to do is give it to a worthy charity. :)

22 knitters in the Knitting Help Forum did a great job working on our blanket.

Our Blanket is Coming Home!

Woo Hoo!

Our 4th fullsize Oddball Blanket is now on its way back home to Shandeh in North Carolina.

It's been a long, difficult road for this particular blanket. We cast on the blanket in August of 2007, and it's been through lots of delays. But, we're making it to the end now!

Here's how it looked at the start:

On the Road to Ohio!

Our blanket is nearing the end of the journey now. Just one more state to visit, before heading back to me in North Carolina. Woo Hoo! :)

The blanket is now going from Samsam in New York to Ladybug Lady in Ohio.

Be careful with our precious knitting, Mr Postman!

Ready to Leave New York!

Our blanket has had a wonderful trip through the United States so far. Now, it's in New York, having a visit with Samsam. She's finished with knitting her section, and is ready to send it on.

Checking out Massachusetts

Our blanket is now in the home of BostonBecca and jumboneedle in Massachusetts. They are each knitting a section before it moves on to New York. Our blanket is growing!

On the Road Again! This time to Massachusetts
